Introducing Digital Ordering
A lot of people now are using ecommerce websites to order items to be delivered directly to home.
So why we do not use same approach at hotels, villas and services apartments to order every available item from menu and services to be delivered directly to room!
Running ordering interface on wall or desk mounted digital tablets will allow your guest order quickly, easy, comfortable at clear way with photos and full descriptions, without any miscommunications issues coming with old-style phone call ordering.

Hardware cost is low as $100..200 per room for 8” tablet with bright HD-resolution IPS screen.
Software cost is $300 per room per year with reduction proportional to rooms quantity. And free trial version is available as well. While you will get much more profits, selling items inside hotel, starting from dinner sets and breakfast delivery service, to massage and special souvenirs and gifts.
How Digital Ordering works?
For your guests – it’s super-simple! They will use small wall or desktop mounted tablet with same touch experience as on any common tablet or smartphone with 3-steps ordering process:
- Select item want to order
- Choose options if any
- Tap “OK” to add item to order list
After completion of steps 1-2-3 for each desired item there is only step required – tap on “Send Order” and wait for quickest delivery.
On service side – it’s single PC for your staff can see
every order coming from specific room. So then they can arrange order processing and delivery to room with payment by cash or to be included at check-out bill.
And it’s also available to integrate ordering system with hotel management software.
Solution is scalable, so you can include 3rd side service and products provider to boost revenues.
What’s about installation?
It’s only required for Wi-Fi network and power socket nearby to tablet installation area on wall or TV desk.
Software will be configured to day, evening and night modes with screen brightness adjustment to preserve room’s environment.
